Saturday, August 2, 2014. SantaCause x Anthony Tilghman x Adding Influence x Spoken Word x Live Art x Good People= Purpose. The purpose was to raise awareness for Abused Children. Support the Cause: At Saturday's event, SantaCause raised $350 in support of abused children. The money will go directly to Safe Shores, a DC Children's Advocacy Center. Thanks to all who came to support in whatever aspect, it all was worth helping a child in need!

More About the Cause: The Mission of Safe Shores is to provide intervention, hope and healing for children and families affected by abuse, trauma, and violence in the District of Columbia, and prevents child abuse through education and training.

To report suspected child abuse in the District of Columbia call 1-202-671-SAFE (7233). Remember, children are innocent; knowing and not reporting makes you just as guilty.
